In Jan 2024, STEMREGEN connected with Everflow to accelerate their affiliate program performance. 

Designed by stem cell scientist, Christian Drapeau, STEMREGEN’s exclusive products were showing results and the press were taking notice. Designed to target areas of the body that need healing most, STEMREGEN’s products weren’t preventing scale. The issues slowing growth, however, were feature deficiencies in their current platform.

Growing Too Fast

With increased success in the Nutra space, STEMREGEN team had outpaced their current affiliate program setup. When an affiliate wanted to join the STEMREGEN program, they had to contact the STEMREGEN team, sign up on the affiliate platform, and then sign up with a payment processor. Besides time-consuming onboarding, the STEMREGEN team had no central source of truth for program performance data.

Setting Up for Success

STEMREGEN attacked program issues head-on through Everflow’s rich feature set.

The team onboarded affiliates faster with a single form application on site. Payments were made quickly through a seamless billing integration, Key account messages, including creatives, sent instantly. Most importantly, the team could compare total performance (B2B & B2C) in one location and use new platform analytic options to guide program growth (btw, their fave is the Conversion Report).

Feel-Good Results

With platform pain points eliminated, the affiliate program began to take off. In the first five months, program revenue scaled to six-figures. Affiliates were seeing results, with conversions on campaigns at a robust 21% rate. Add in a $300+ average order value, and the future for the program is bright.
