This valuable new integration suite is designed to bridge the long-standing gap between affiliate performance and financial reconciliation, offering a sophisticated, automated pipeline between partner payouts and major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. 

By connecting directly with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Xero, Everflow Pay now automates the synchronization of invoices and payments, transforming a traditionally grueling manual month-end process into a streamlined, real-time operation.

Solving the "Monthly Spreadsheet Struggle"

For years, accounting teams in the affiliate space have relied on manual CSV exports to reconcile thousands of partner payments. This labor-intensive process often leads to migration problems and significant data gaps, particularly for enterprise brands managing 100 to 5,000+ affiliates.

Real-Time Precision for Modern Finance

Unlike traditional manual exports, Everflow Pay Accounting Integrations utilizes a direct API translation layer to communicate with a brand’s accounting software. This allows for a synchronized, two-step reconciliation process:

  1. Automated Bill Creation: When a payment is approved in Everflow Pay, a corresponding bill is automatically generated in the user's accounting software.
  1. Seamless Payment Sync: Once the payment is processed, Everflow triggers a "bill payment" object in the ERP, reconciling the balance to zero in real-time.

This level of automation ensures that accountants no longer have to wait until the end of the month to understand their cash flow or guess which wire transfers correlate to which affiliate invoices.

Key Features of the Integration Suite

  • The Big Three Support: Native support for QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Xero, with plans to expand to additional ERPs later this year.
  • Vendor Mapping: A user-friendly interface to map Everflow payees to existing ERP vendors via unique IDs, preventing duplicate entries.
  • Sync Health Dashboard: A dedicated "Accounting Integration" tab where users can monitor active, unmatched, or failed syncs in real-time.
