The Everflow Weekly: Incident Alerts by Text & Who Got You Listed

Traffic Health can now text you when a tracking domain gets flagged, at detection, at resolution, or both, and the message deliberately carries no link. Plus the AI recipe that names which partner put the domain on that list, and a live September 2 session on automating reporting with Everflow AI.

Traffic Health incident alerts, now by text.

You Shouldn’t Find Out on Monday

Traffic Health has always watched your tracking domains for the leaks that quietly cost you traffic. The platform has always told you about them, too, by email, by Slack, by webhook.

Now Traffic Health can text you.

SMS joins the external notification options in Everflow® Traffic Health, and it covers all three of the blind spots the platform watches for you:

WHAT IT WATCHES FOR:

  • Incidents. Issues that affect your uptime.
  • Tasks. Something you have to do to prevent or resolve an incident.
  • Reputation flags. Detected issues that may affect your traffic.

For each one, you choose whether to hear about it at detection, at resolution, or both. You pick the recipients and the domains, too. Watch everything you own, or just the handful you would actually get out of bed for.

That resolution option earns its place. When a teammate clears something at 11 PM, everyone watching gets told the issue is handled, so nobody burns an evening chasing an incident that closed an hour ago.

One thing you won’t find in that message is a link, and that’s on purpose. SMS notifications are built without external links, to keep them clear of phishing and spam risk. An alert that never asks you to tap anything is an alert nobody can imitate. The text tells you what happened. You decide where to go from there.

Your stakeholders get the status without logging in, from wherever they happen to be, and a flagged domain stops being something you discover on Monday morning.

MarketWise ran into exactly that, on a Friday afternoon, when three of their tracking domains went down hours before a weekend send. Their response took minutes. Read what that Friday looked like →

Now Find Out Who Did It

Which partnerput you on that list?

A copy-paste prompt, your Everflow data, and the AI your team already uses. Read-only, so nothing changes in your account.

everflow.io/ai-playbook →

An alert tells you a domain is flagged, but doesn’t tell you which of the partners sharing that domain put it there. That’s usually the expensive part. Reissue the domain for everyone and you punish the partners who did nothing. Leave it and you keep bleeding.

This recipe closes that gap. It cross-references Traffic Health against your reporting data and comes back with the domains currently listed, the traffic and revenue that rode on them over the last 90 days, and the partners attached to each one. You isolate the problem instead of resetting everybody.

Worth knowing: this one runs on Traffic Health Premium. If you are on the standard plan, the SMS alerts above are yours today, and this is the kind of thing the upgrade buys you.

🔒 Closed Beta

While we are on the subject of what AI can do inside Everflow: Ask Everflow AI is now in closed beta. It reads your network and answers questions about it in plain language.

Ask Everflow AI answering a question about which high-value partners have gone inactive, showing the data lookups it ran and suggested follow-up questions.

This feature is a limited beta and we are screening requests by hand. We’re looking for a balanced mix of networks. If you want to be considered, reach out to your account manager or CS rep.

Two Reads on Programs That Hold Up

Everything above assumes you can actually see what is happening inside your program. These two are about getting to that point.
