One Unvetted Partner Sinks a Program

Telehealth Strategy Series: The CMO's Guide to Affiliate Risk, Protecting Brand Equity at 1,000+ Conversions a Day, with Will Perry of Reason Agency and Michael Cole of Everflow

Growth built on aggressive partner marketing carries a risk nobody prices in until it lands. One partner makes a claim they shouldn’t, and suddenly you’re dealing with a payment processor cutting you off or an ad account going dark overnight. The volume that made the program valuable is exactly what makes its blast radius large.

On Wednesday, September 16, Everflow® CMO Michael Cole sits down with Will Perry, founder of Reason Agency and Power Affiliate Army, who has driven over $200 million in sales and generated more than 10 million leads. Telehealth is the ultimate test case, because it’s where compliance rules bite hardest and fastest. The frameworks are the ones any high-volume program needs.

What you will leave with:

  • Automated red-flag keyword detection and link-pausing, set up inside your account
  • Pre-vetted creative in your partners' hands before they improvise
  • Payout models that reward retention instead of raw volume

He Stopped Babysitting Dashboards. Now the Agents Do It.

Masterclass: How John Brahy turns Claude, Everflow's MCP and AI agents into a real-time network watchtower, with John Brahy, CTO at Ad Trust Marketing

Most campaign problems don’t show up in a spreadsheet until the damage is already done. By the time someone weaves three reports together and builds a pivot table, the payout is cut, the pixel has gone quiet, or the affiliate who was scaling has moved their budget somewhere else.

John Brahy, CTO at Ad Trust Marketing, got tired of asking his team to watch dashboards. So he wired Everflow’s read-only MCP server into Claude and a set of background agents. The system now compares live performance against seasonally-adjusted baselines, ranks what it finds by dollars at risk, and delivers one daily digest with the evidence already assembled.

The part worth stealing is the restraint. The MCP is read-only by design, so no agent can touch a live record. Anything that would actually derail something, like pausing an offer or adjusting a cap, goes through a separate path a human has to approve. He closed the gap between a problem happening and someone acting on it without removing the personal oversight.

His five-step build is in the masterclass, along with advice on fine-tuning.

It's just part of my environment. My AI harness grabs the tools when it needs them. It does it for me.

Two Classes Worth Your Lunch Break

One on the judgment that makes a manager hard to replace. One on why your email list, not your front end, is where the profit actually lives.

Masterclass: Judgment Is the Differentiator, Greg Hoffman on what affiliate managers must master to stay relevant, with Greg Hoffman, CEO at Apogee

25 years, $100M+ in client affiliate revenue, and a three-check audit for any program that has gone flat.

Before You Trust Another Number, Check These Settings

The AI Playbook recipe: copy, paste in AI, ship the answer. The prompt reads, before any other prompt, confirm my account is set up so reports come back accurate. Written by Zach Measures, Commercial Director EMEA. Works with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.

Every report you pull sits on top of settings somebody configured once and nobody has looked at since. Timezone, currency, attribution window. If one of them is wrong, every number downstream is wrong in the same direction, and it’ll look completely normal while it does it.

This one takes about ten minutes. Paste the prompt, and your AI assistant reads your account defaults back to you in plain language so you can confirm they are what you think they are. It’s the least glamorous task in the AI Playbook and the one most worth doing first.

Consider it the syllabus check before the term gets busy.
