The Everflow Weekly: An Agentic Army & Our First Community Recipe
Two days of digging, down to twenty minutes.
Why One Tracking Question Can Cost Two Days

A campaign drops. Something in the tracking looks off, and the question sounds simple: what happened?
Two days later, someone finally knows. That’s two days of a campaign running on numbers nobody trusts, and the spend doesn’t pause while you look.
The reason it takes two days isn’t a slow team. A single user journey can pivot across a 50-by-50 grid of overlapping dimensions, so the hard part was never the fix. It was finding the thread.
Michelle Mayes went after the structure. As SVP of AI, Data & Product at Pushnami, she runs what she calls an “agentic army” of autonomous AI agents that carry the repetitive half of campaign and engineering audits. Those two-day investigations now close in about twenty minutes.
She didn’t start with the AI. She started with the data layer.
Slap an MCP on it.

WHERE THE TWO DAYS WENT:
The proof even played out live during the call. While the masterclass interview was still running, one of her background agents finished an open campaign investigation, parsed the metadata, connected the tracking dimensions, and surfaced the root cause. The engineer’s remaining job was to confirm the diagnosis, which is the part that actually needs judgment. The agents took the digging, not the decision.
Her advice for anyone stuck at “where do I even start” is a two-hour experiment. Block two hours and a small tool budget, pick the hardest, slowest task in your week, and hand over the entire objective instead of breaking it into pieces. Give it the context and the output format you want, then judge what comes back.
The Partners Who Went Quiet Are Still Worth Money
A copy-paste prompt, your Everflow data, and the AI your team already uses. No dev required.
Michelle’s version took a data team. This one takes about ten minutes.
Every program has them: partners who onboarded, sent traffic for a while, then quietly stopped. Winning one of them back costs far less than finding somebody new, and knowing who went quiet was never the hard part. Writing forty individual re-engagement notes is the hard part, so the list sits there and the partners keep drifting.
This week’s recipe is our first community recipe, submitted by Sierra Samuel, Sr. Manager of Partnerships at Gaia, Inc. The workflow reads your data, finds the partners who went dark, ranks them by who is actually worth winning back, and drafts a tailored message for each tier. You review them and send them through Everflow’s Communication Hub. Because access is strictly read-only, nothing gets written to your account.
