Program Description

Everflow Traffic Health SMS Alerts is an automated notification service operated by Everflow Technologies Inc. ("Everflow", "we", "us"). This program provides real-time transactional alerts to customers regarding the status of monitored web domains, including reachability issues, DNS/SSL misconfigurations, and blacklist status changes. These notifications are strictly account-related; we do not send marketing or promotional content through this service.

Opt-In and Consent

Enrollment requires a double opt-in process initiated from the Everflow platform and confirmed via the mobile handset:

  1. A registered user provides a mobile number within their account settings. This number remains in a "Pending" status until verified.
  2. A verification message is sent to the provided number:
    "Everflow Traffic Health: reply YES to receive domain monitoring alerts. Recurring msgs, frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
  3. Alerts are activated only upon receiving a "YES" reply. Requests expire after 48 hours if no confirmation is received.
  4. Everflow maintains comprehensive consent records, including timestamps and specific messaging content, for audit and compliance purposes.

The image below shows the confirmation step: the recipient's handset receives the verification message and replies YES to activate alerts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity and domain health. Alerts are triggered by status changes (e.g., detection of a new issue or resolution of an existing one).

Opt-Out Instructions
