With over 25 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry, Karen Garcia has worked with a wide variety of brands, from household names to emerging e-commerce businesses. How did you get started in the world of affiliate/partner marketing?

I started my career in affiliate marketing at a time when the industry was still finding its footing. I was drawn to the idea of building relationships with partners and creating performance-based strategies that helped brands reach new audiences. 

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, from managing day-to-day program operations to driving strategic growth, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful affiliate marketing can be when executed thoughtfully.
