Customer Success Manager

Our platform provides lightning fast analytics, automation and delivers huge value and insight to clients in scaling their businesses. 

Founded in 2016 by industry veterans, we are based in San Francisco, Montreal and London with a distributed team across the US, Europe and Asia. 

With over 380 clients including direct advertisers, agencies and innovative start ups, we are fast becoming a market leader in this space. We are looking for a Rockstar to join our collaborative, friendly and knowledgeable team.  

The Role

Customer Success is at the heart of what we do. 

As part of Everflow's Customer Success team, you will be the main point of contact and be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with Customers. This position calls for developing a deep understanding of the Everflow platform to help our clients to grow their performance marketing efforts. 

You must bring both a strategic and technical mindset to the table, love working with people and have a passion for evangelizing new products and services.  

Responsibilities

  • Ability to be a front-line account manager from a relationship and technical perspective
  • Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams
  • Help on-board new clients including training, Helpdesk, webinars and documentation
  • Upsell existing clients on new products and features

Qualifications

  • Good product sense and a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies
  • 5 years minimum of digital advertising experience
  • Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience
  • Familiarity with project management and customer success tools
  • BA/BS in a relevant field
  • High proficiency in English
